A fun math lesson and some animal research projects.

So it’s friday again.  Here’s some highlights from my week.

We’ve been working on number concept.  Today we played blackout.  It’s a game involving playing cards, bingo chips and 10 frames.  The kids really enjoyed it.

Please ignore my ratty duct tape – it’s in desperate need of replacing.

We did some research on Canadian Animals.  I was so pleased with how much effort these kids put into this.  I was very surprised at how motivated they were.  I’m going to need to try this activity again soon.
